Shipping policy
Currently, shipping only within EU-countries;
Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Czechia, Germany, Hungary, Austria.
Customs duties and fees / Toldafgifter og gebyrer:
In english: BE AWARE OF: Customs duties and fees in your country. It is the customer's resonsibility to find out about and pay for customs duties and fees on purchasing items form Denmark (try to ask your post office for advice if in doubt). OK mak|værk is not responsible for customs duties and fees on purchases of artworks.
På dansk: VÆR OPMÆRKSOM PÅ: Toldagifter og/eller andre gebyrer i dit land, hvis du bor i et andet land end DK. Det er kundens eget ansvar at sætte sig ind og betale for i toldafgifter, der kan forekommer ved at købe en vare fra Danmark (prøv at spørge din nærmeste posthus for råd, hvis du er i tvivl). Paintings and shipping policy / Malerier og forsendelse:
In english: BE AWARE OF: Paintings cannot be shipped. If and when the customer buys a painting, the costumer must pick up the purchased painting with an agreement with the artist, at the artist's studio; Hesseløgade 6, 9000 Aalborg (Denmark). The painting must be picked up within 30 days. When purchasing a painting, please write an e-mail to; Ok.makvaerk@gmail.com.
På dansk: VÆR OPMÆRKSOM PÅ: Malerier sendes ikke med posten. Såfremt kunden ønsker at købe et maleri, skal maleriet afhentes af kunden ved aftale med kunstneren, inden for 30 dage. Afhentningen sker ved kunstnerens atelier. Ved køb af et maleri, venligst skriv en e-mail til; ok.makvaerk@gmail.com.
Lino prints and shipping policy / Linoleumstryk og forsendelse:
In english: BE AWARE OF: It can take up to 14 business days (and up to 21 days for other countries outside Denmark) before your unique print arrives. This is due to the artist's work process when making the lino print. Each print is printed one at a time, either by hand or manually on a printing press by the artist. The prints are therefore under a longer process, where they first must be printed, and if the artist is satisfied with the results, the prints need to dry completely, before they can be wrapped and packed securely without the wrapping will ruin the colours and the design, and then the print can finally be sent on its way to you.
På dansk: VÆR OPMÆRKSOM PÅ: Der kan gå op til 14 hverdage, før dit unika print er hos dig. Dette skyldes kunstnerens arbejdsproces med de linografiske print. Hvert print trykkes en ad gangen, enten i hånden eller manuelt på en tryk-presse af kunstneren selv. Printene er derfor under en længere proces, hvor de først skal trykkes, derefter vurderes og såfremt kunstneren er tilfreds, hænges printene til tørre, så farven kan nå at tørre helt, før printene kan pakkes sikkert ind, uden at indpakningen ødelægger motivet, og derefter kan dit print endelig sendes afsted til dig.
Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at ok.makvaerk@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
